Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of Savina Clinics’ operations. Your first visit to a Savina Clinic establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure we obtain important background information, such as your medical history, and give you time to get to know your dentist.

To understand what to expect from your first visit to our practices, please read through this page. You can even save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your first appointment.

Click here to make an appointment via this website. Alternatively, contact us by phone or email. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Feel free to call our office reception or email us with any questions.

What to expect

A comprehensive examination will be carried out including:
* a careful full mouth visual examination – teeth, gums and soft tissues
* detailed examination of your occlusion (bite) and jaw joints
* an oral cancer screen
* x-rays and other special tests as required.

We will advise you how to achieve and monitor good oral health, provide you with treatment options, explain why a treatment is necessary and what it involves, provide you with a full treatment plan and estimate of costs before treatment.

You will be provided with the highest levels of patient protection as we use disposable items where appropriate and have strict sterilisation procedures following current legislation.

We take the mystique out of dentistry by using terminology you understand.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the required information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may have.   We’ve put together some useful information on this website in our FAQs and various practice areas which can help you understand your requirements or symptoms. Also, take some time to review our staff page.

We look forward to your first visit.
